How to: Use Submission Forms

Submission forms are interactive elements that can be added to your website for the purpose of gathering information from visitors. Example uses include email collection and feedback forms.

1. Add a submission form to a template file

The first step is to add a submission form to one of your pages using the form tag. More information about the form tag and its usage is available here.

2. Submitting forms

Once published, vistors to your website will be able to submit information via form. Forms are rate limited to prevent mailicious activity and include captcha security.

3. Viewing form entries

Forms and associated form submissions are available by viewing the page here. You can also navigate to this page by navigating to Website -> Form Submissions.

To view collected form data, click into a specific form in the list of forms displayed in the top level view:

Form entries can be individually viewed by clicking any of the specific form entries shown on the paginated list for a specific form:
