UNABLE_
The reader's current state does not allow retrying the connection. This may be because the reader has an unrecoverable status (e.g. faulty hardware, non-retryable failure), or because the reader is not yet in a state where a retry is applicable (e.g. still connecting to the device). The developer may try again later or unpair and re-pair the reader.
