FIRMWARE_PROGRESS

Called repeatedly during a firmware update to report completion status. Reader state may be either ReaderInfo.Status.ReaderUnavailable(reason = BLOCKING_UPDATE) for blocking updates, or ReaderInfo.Status.Ready during non-blocking updates.
